Synopsis

Harm, Mac, and Turner find themselves in opposition to the CIA's chief legal advisor when the agency attempts to maintain the secrecy surrounding a 1968 Navy submarine disaster, a tragedy that claimed the lives of 129 men. To fulfill the directives of the newly appointed Secretary of the Navy, they must navigate the complexities of the CIA’s classified information protocols.
