Synopsis

An Immigration and Naturalization Service raid on a vessel transporting Vietnamese women into the United States unexpectedly captures a distinguished Marine Lieutenant, a native of Vietnam. He is suspected of involvement in the smuggling operation for profit. Harm and Sturgis are tasked with determining the veracity of the Lieutenant's claim that he breached warehouse containers to steal goods, or whether he is truly a key figure in the smuggling ring. Their investigation reveals that at the
