Synopsis

Harm and Mac are tasked with investigating a claim made by a Marine general that a Navy doctor’s actions during routine surgery led to his teenage daughter’s death. At the same time, Bud, growing weary of the mundane cases assigned to him, decides to examine what initially seems like a straightforward matter, only to uncover unexpected developments.
