Synopsis

Harm and Lieutenant Commander Manetti journey to Naples, Italy, at the behest of an Interpol officer who suspects a serial killer is among the crew of a United States destroyer. This individual is believed to be responsible for the deaths of four women during leave in various European ports. Meanwhile, Mac remains aboard the USS Seahawk until a replacement for Lieutenant Singer can be found. (See "Notes" below.)
