Synopsis

October 20, 2001 Substituting for pilots currently stationed abroad, Harm learns that his friend, Commander Scott Webster, is facing charges of fraternization with his Radar Intercept Officer. Permission is granted to search Commander Webster’s computer for any communications with his RIO that might be used in the prosecution.
