Synopsis

**June 20, 2001** On the USS Guadalcanal, Mac is tasked by the Captain with prosecuting a Major accused of negligent homicide. To Mac's surprise and considerable displeasure, Harm arrives to defend the Major, also seeking to mend the strained relationship between them. Yet, as they both become deeply involved in the case – one where the victim drowned during a nighttime exercise in treacherous weather – they find it difficult to carve out time for personal matters.
