Synopsis

American Special Forces have apprehended Mustafa Atef, a figure believed to be a senior Al-Qaeda operative with a key role in training the hijackers who attacked the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Consequently, the President has convened the first military tribunal in over half a century. With no one from the Judge Advocate General's Corps eager to defend the accused terrorist, Admiral Chegwidden volunteers to take on the defense, and Commander Turner offers to serve as his second chair.
