Synopsis

Admiral Chegwidden agreed to assist the White House with a ceremony honoring Medal of Honor recipients, but stipulated that his involvement depended on his ability to investigate the case of a veteran unfairly removed from the list due to a past shoplifting conviction. Separately, Mac and Harm began examining the circumstances surrounding a fire that had broken out aboard a destroyer.
