Synopsis

A palpable tension gripped JAG as negligence charges landed on Bud, stemming from perceived shortcomings in his defense of a recent client. Harm stepped forward to defend Bud, while Sturgis took the prosecutor's role, and Bud grew increasingly fearful that Sturgis possessed incriminating evidence. Just when Bud believed his situation couldn't deteriorate further, Sturgis unexpectedly called Mac to the stand – a witness who, with evident reluctance, would testify against his colleague.
