Synopsis

Harm and Mac are dispatched to Saudi Arabia to defend Lieutenant Joanne Donato, a U.S. Naval pilot who steadfastly refuses to adhere to local customs regarding dress and veils. Lieutenant Donato's open defiance of societal expectations – her refusal to be accompanied by men in public and her insistence on wearing her own clothing – creates friction between the U.S. base commander and a local Muslim cleric. Mac initially views the lieutenant’s actions as insubordination, a failure to follow order
