Synopsis

Harm and Mac defended Admiral Boone in court against accusations of responsibility for the civilian massacre. Though he was ultimately acquitted, Boone determined that retirement was the most prudent course, a decision that drew objection from Harm, who argued the Navy still required officers of his caliber.
