Synopsis

Admiral Boone, currently serving as Commander, Amphibious Group aboard the USS Seahawk, and previously featured in "A New Life" and "Chains of Command," has been nominated for the position of Sixth Fleet Commander. An anonymous source has brought forward a grave accusation against him: the alleged massacre of civilians during the Vietnam War. Harm and Mac are granted a mere four days to investigate this claim, initiating the first part of a two-part episode.
