Synopsis

The crash of the newly upgraded F-14 jet claimed the lives of two naval aviators, and in the aftermath, Harm began to uncover troubling irregularities. His investigation revealed questionable dealings involving both the civilian contractor responsible for the aircraft's modifications and the Navy liaison overseeing the project.
