Synopsis

Kate Pike, Harm’s former partner, is contemplating a return to the JAG office. The situation becomes fraught when a former commanding officer of hers is being considered for the position of Inspector General, and Kate confides in Harm that he made unwelcome advances toward her during their time working together.
