Synopsis

Harm travels to Russia to assist in refining their military justice system, while Mac and Bud remain in the United States to prosecute a Naval commander accused of supplying classified information to the Russians. Once there, Harm becomes embroiled in an investigation of high-level corruption within the Russian military.
