Synopsis

Admiral Chegwidden greeted Harm's return to JAG with a challenging assignment: defending the son of the Secretary of the Navy. Harm accepted the case when Lieutenant Nelson, the Secretary’s son, was accused by Commander Burke of insubordination at sea – an offense that could result in a court martial.
