Synopsis

Harmon reopens a decade-old murder case, and in doing so, unexpectedly draws the ire of the victim’s daughter, Lieutenant Commander Teresa Coulter, a friend of his. Harm believes the original defense attorney failed to fully investigate the circumstances, and as he delves back into the case, a new and unsettling narrative begins to emerge.
