Synopsis

Mac prosecutes a SEAL jumpmaster accused of causing a trainee's drowning during a parachute jump, the charge stemming from alleged impairment. She is defended by Bud, with assistance from a newly assigned female Lieutenant, an ambitious officer eager to be the first woman in the JAG corps. Bud and Lieutenant Singer uncover a file containing inadmissible evidence that corroborates the prosecution’s claim of the jumpmaster's impairment. The file inexplicably appears in Mac’s car, where she brie
