Synopsis

Harm and Mac are tasked with investigating allegations that American soldiers killed civilians during the Korean War. They travel to Korea by plane, accompanied by a veteran who asserts he was present at the shootings. Mid-flight, the plane is seized by Korean terrorists who demand retribution against those they believe responsible for the alleged war crime.
