Synopsis

Following a request from Lieutenant Commander Brumby, Admiral Chegwidden dispatches Harm and Bud to Australia to represent a United States Naval officer, Kevin Lee, who has unexpectedly reappeared after twenty-eight years. Lee claims he accidentally killed his Australian adversary years prior and, overwhelmed by fear, subsequently assumed the dead man's identity.
