Synopsis

While tutoring a group of law students for a mock trial, Harm and Mac stumble upon a deep injustice from a decade past. The original investigation, led by Admiral Chegwidden, had concluded that a disgruntled gun captain was responsible for an explosion that claimed the lives of 29 sailors, including his own. However, as the defense attorney – aided by Mac – and the prosecutor – assisted by Harm – prepare to retry the case, new witnesses and evidence emerge. This compels Mac and Harm to petition
