Synopsis

Lieutenant Elizabeth "Skates" Hawkes, formerly Harm’s radio intercept officer, finds herself facing intense scrutiny following the Tomcat crash aboard the USS Patrick Henry. The ship’s captain and Skates' commanding officer both attribute full responsibility for the incident to her, advocating strongly for a court-martial. Initially excluded from the investigation due to his connection with Skates, Harm is eventually able to intervene when he is asked to defend her during her court-martial. H
