Synopsis

Patrolling the Mediterranean near Yugoslavia, and disregarding orders from his division commander, Harm, Lieutenant Buxton opens fire on what he perceives to be a Serbian armored vehicle poised to attack Kosovar refugees. Back aboard the aircraft carrier, Buxton and his companions celebrate the perceived victory, but grim news soon arrives: the "Serbs" Buxton engaged and killed were, in reality, Russian peacekeepers, and the incident occurred while Buxton was under Harm's command.
