Synopsis

A nation watches, transformed into silent witnesses, as a Marine guard fires upon an apprehended terrorist, the defense of whom falls to Judge Eleanor Harms. She and Assistant District Attorney Robert McKittrick, known as Mac, find themselves confronting each other in a case that initially appears to be a straightforward prosecution for cold-blooded murder.
