Synopsis

As Harm contemplates his future within JAG, news arrives of Charlie Lynch – the former Navy man whose actions led to the death of Annie, the abused child whose memory continues to trouble him. Lynch has reappeared, and with him, a fresh threat to Annie’s twin sister, Dar-lin. Harm postpones his career considerations, compelled to resolve this final matter.
