Synopsis

During a training exercise, Lieutenant Curtis Rivers, a Navy SEAL and recipient of the Medal of Honor, is caught in a crossfire. Returning fire, he is horrified to find he has struck a seemingly unarmed fourteen-year-old boy. As Harm and Mac investigate, they uncover evidence suggesting the boy may have been with his uncle, a fugitive currently wanted by the FBI. Rivers subsequently goes absent without leave to pursue the fugitive, eventually falling into the hands of separatist forces. This
