Synopsis

It was 1980. At a train station, several Russian soldiers guarded a prisoner: Harmon Rabb, Sr. A KGB officer captured an image of the assembled figures – a photograph that would later reach Harmon Rabb, Jr., in the present day. Clayton Webb met with Harm at JAG and identified the men in the picture. He noted that one of them, Victor Lushov, was now employed in San Diego. Harm requested permission from the Admiral for an F-14 flight to San Diego, citing a desire to visit his mother, concealing
