Synopsis

Clark Palmer, a former government operative now operating outside the law, infiltrated Harm’s apartment and subdued him. He then meticulously crafted a plaster cast of Harm's face, intending to fashion a mask for impersonation. Palmer’s plan was to assassinate the trial's key witness – a trial at which Harm and Mac were serving as prosecutors.
