Synopsis

Harm and Mac are dispatched to Belfast, Ireland, following the disappearance of Navy Lieutenant Nivens’ child. A note left at the scene suggests the infant was taken by Lorcan Barnes of the Irish Republican Army (IRA), who is also the child's father. Upon their arrival in Belfast, Harm and Mac find themselves immediately at odds with the Royal Police, who propose “negotiating” with the IRA for the baby’s return.
