Synopsis

Harm and Mac take on the defense of Paul Bauwer, a former Navy SEAL now living on the streets. Though adrift, Bauwer retains the skills of a highly trained warrior and stands accused of excessive force in the deaths of three men who attempted to rob a convenience store. The case initially appears straightforward: a triple homicide.
