Synopsis

During a practice run, a squall descends upon the Naval Academy sailing team – a team that includes Bud’s younger brother, Mikey. In the sudden tempest, a female sailor is swept overboard and drowns. The Judge Advocate General’s office launches an inquiry into whether the Commander was negligent in his decision to order the team to sail through the developing squall.
