Synopsis

A former Marine captain has deserted his post, forging a new path as a warlord in Afghanistan, driven by the pursuit of Osama bin Laden. The Afghan government brings him to trial. Harm and Mac are tasked with his defense, and the proceedings unfold under the strictures of Islamic law. Meanwhile, the Navy recalls Bud Sr. to active duty.
