Synopsis

Harm and Meg investigate the theft of stolen missiles from the SEATAC Naval Base. During questioning of PO1 Quinn regarding the theft, a prison break occurs, and Lieutenant Austin is taken hostage. Contrary to the Major in command, Lieutenant Rabb suspects this is no haphazard escape, but rather a meticulously planned event with a significant objective. The story unfolds on SEATAC Island Naval Base and its surrounding areas.
