Synopsis

Inside the United States Embassy in Lima, Peru, Corporal Parr fired upon an intruder he perceived had initiated the attack. The teenager, unarmed and just fifteen years old, was fatally wounded. Yet, he was not an ordinary youth. He was the brother of Parr’s girlfriend, who, she claimed, was with child. Now, Harm and Meg must ascertain whether the boy was truly unarmed, or if his presence represented a deliberate threat against the ambassador.
