Synopsis

During a routine exercise, a civilian technology specialist aboard a submarine unexpectedly gains control of an experimental torpedo moments after its launch. The specialist issues a chilling threat, demanding a ransom in exchange for ceasing plans to sink a passenger cruise ship. Harm and Lieutenant Junior Grade Meg Austin are dispatched to the submarine, where they confront the crisis and avert disaster.
