Synopsis

Following a lightning strike that damaged the aircraft, a Tomcat, en route over Cuba, is compelled to make an emergency landing by Cuban forces. Harm and Meg, joined by Commander Krennick and Undersecretary of State Bair, travel to Cuba to negotiate the pilot's return and the recovery of the aircraft. The primary objective is to avert the acquisition of the Tomcat’s sensitive software. However, the CIA's true intentions are far more complex. *Locations: Washington, D.C.; Cuba*
