Synopsis

A Marine, gravely wounded, is discovered on the beach during a training exercise designed to mimic an attack. The Judge Advocate General's office is dispatched to conduct an investigation. Harm and Meg navigate two possible paths: a swift, decisive Code Red, or a more chaotic confrontation. The story unfolds across Camp Pendleton and its surrounding areas, extending to Los Angeles.
