Synopsis

Hope for a birthday celebration is extinguished when Drago's botched attempt to steal the recovered demon chis throws Section 13 into high alert. The postponement of the festivities continues as both the earth and moon chis are activated on the same day. A desperate race against time ensues, with Jackie, Uncle, Tohru, and Jade striving to prevent Drago and his new allies, Strikemaster Ice and his gang, from harnessing the power of the two artifacts.
