Synopsis

A desperate gamble, fueled by arcane power, had awakened something terrible. The failed escape attempt promised not freedom, but a resurgence of Tarakudo, the shadowkahn king whose ambition burned with a cold fire. He sought the nine oni masks, the very artifacts that bound his generals, to unleash an age of perpetual darkness upon the world. As he stirred, the ancient power of the shadowkahn flowed back into him, and with it, the promise of utter night.
