Synopsis

A detective encounters a female FBI agent assigned to their precinct. Elsewhere, a character named Blaine attempts to lure a former colleague back to a previous path. The return of another character disrupts the plans of someone named Ravi, while a third descends further into despair. In a separate incident, a person consumes the brain of a country-singing waitress.
