Synopsis

Under the leadership of Marquis Juan Pacheco and Archbishop Carrillo, a number of nobles rose in rebellion against the King, fueled by fabricated accusations. Enrique’s own faction pressured him to take decisive action, yet he remained reluctant to resort to force.
