Synopsis

The Chief finds himself entangled with a psychiatrist, a man revealed to be a psychopath with a disturbing aptitude for manipulation. But before he can solidify his case, Fran becomes the doctor's next patient, subjected to a strange form of therapy designed to turn her into a killer – a weapon pointed directly at Ironside. Simultaneously, Susan must confront a lingering guilt concerning her brother’s death, a burden she must bear if she hopes to escape the darkness within herself.
