Synopsis

As Fran, Mark, and Ed enjoy the nightclub's atmosphere, a psychic experiences vivid impressions of a recent fire. Intrigued, the Chief seeks her out, hoping to glean further details. He learns, however, that he has long been investigating an arsonist, a truth he has struggled to convey to the police, who dismiss his visions as mere imagination.
