Synopsis

The vacancy created by the appointment of a new Chief of Police has opened the door for a new Chief of Detectives, and Lieutenant Amy Prentiss is the leading candidate. A significant portion of the department opposes her selection, yet she is resolute in proving them mistaken. Supported solely by Ironside and his team, she must establish herself in a challenging case rife with complications, all while gaining the acceptance of her predominantly male colleagues as their new leader.
