Synopsis

A scientist finds himself with a belt of explosives, irrevocably fastened around his waist. The individual who placed it there makes a demand: three prisoners must be released. In exchange, he will surrender the key to the device. The Chief is tasked with locating and apprehending this man before time expires, lest the bomb detonate and claim an innocent life.
