Synopsis

Ed traveled to Los Angeles to retrieve a prisoner, but after an altercation with a mugger, he found himself the target of two aggressive patrol officers and subsequently incarcerated in the County Jail. Imprisoned within a system demonstrably rigged against him, he began to question the very principles he represented – a law seemingly incapable of protecting its own citizens. He steadfastly refused the Chief’s offer of bail.
