Synopsis

The Chief watched a series of gruesome films depicting the murders of young women. His investigation gained an unexpected ally in a filmmaker who was, at the moment, courting Fran Belding. This man quickly became the Chief's prime suspect, a development that deeply troubled Fran. But a more immediate danger began to take shape when Fran herself appeared to be the intended victim.
