Synopsis

A troubling phone call from Ted Ollinger, an old friend, reaches the Chief, prompting him to dispatch Ed to investigate. In the secluded town of Grant Bay, Ed finds no trace of his former colleague. Yet, he soon perceives a concerted effort by the locals to conceal information, and discovers that at least one among them will fiercely protect a hidden truth from his discovery.
