Synopsis

A fraudulent taxi driver lured men to clandestine gatherings, where they were drugged and relieved of their possessions. The Chief took up the investigation when one victim was found dead. But as he and his team pursued the driver, they discovered the gang possessed a far more dangerous nature than they initially suspected.
