Synopsis

A criminal organization involved in gambling debts found itself the victim of a string of robberies, yet remained unwilling to involve the authorities. The Chief, suspecting the identity of the perpetrator, resolved to not only halt the thefts but also to apprehend the thief before the organization could enact its own retribution.
